Terms of Service
The baseline terms for accessing and using Cocoding services.
Effective 11 October 2026 · Last updated 11 October 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern use of Cocoding websites, applications, APIs, developer tools, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Cocoding for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If a written order form, enterprise agreement, or data processing agreement applies, it controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these terms.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect authentication factors and recovery methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
Organization administrators may manage membership, permissions, integrations, security policy, content, and account access within their workspace. Your relationship with that organization may affect your access to workspace data.
Using the service
Cocoding provides tools to create, inspect, run, connect, and operate software from prompts, templates, source code, and other inputs. Features, models, limits, and preview capabilities can vary by plan and may change as the product develops.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You may not interfere with the service, evade controls or metering, access another user's data without authorization, or use Cocoding to violate rights or create unlawful harm.
Your content and generated output
You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, source code, configurations, and other content you submit. You grant Cocoding the limited rights needed to host, copy, transform, transmit, and otherwise process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice and any applicable written agreement.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, connected repositories, data, and instructions. Generated output may be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or similar to material generated for others. Review, test, license-check, and secure output before relying on or deploying it. Cocoding does not transfer third-party rights that it does not own.
Third-party services
Models, source-control systems, clouds, payment services, and other integrations may be governed by separate provider terms. Cocoding is not responsible for a third party's service or for changes that provider makes. You authorize Cocoding to exchange the information necessary to perform actions you request through an enabled connection.
Plans, fees, and changes
Paid features, usage charges, credits, renewal, taxes, and cancellation are described at purchase or in an order form. You must pay undisputed amounts when due. Trial, preview, and beta features may be limited, changed, or discontinued and should not be used as the sole basis for critical obligations unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Cocoding may update the service and these terms. If a change materially affects existing rights or obligations, notice will be provided as required by law. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close an account through available product controls or by contacting Cocoding. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, or investigate a material breach. Where appropriate, Cocoding will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
On termination, access ends and data is handled under the Privacy Notice, workspace settings, and any applicable written agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms.
Ownership, warranties, and responsibility
Cocoding and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, software, documentation, and other materials they provide. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is implied.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded. Cocoding does not promise that generated output is unique, correct, secure, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service. Any additional liability allocation or cap stated in an applicable order form or written agreement controls. Mandatory law applies where a limitation is not enforceable.
Disputes and contact
The governing law and forum stated in an applicable order form or separate written agreement apply. If no such term exists, governing law and forum are determined by applicable conflict-of-law and mandatory-law rules; these terms do not invent a jurisdiction or waive non-waivable rights.
