Template business license
Use Cocoding templates for your business or client projects, including with third-party development tools. Competing redistribution of reusable template material requires a separate license. Third-party rights remain in force.
COCODING TEMPLATE BUSINESS LICENSE — VERSION 1.0 Copyright (c) 2026 Cocoding.ai. All rights reserved. 1. Scope and ownership These terms cover only Cocoding-owned source, designs and documentation identified by an accompanying Cocoding Template Notice (the Template). They do not transfer ownership or grant rights in third-party software, fonts, photographs, trademarks or other third-party material. Those materials keep their own licenses and notices. 2. Business and client use If Cocoding lawfully provides you the Template, Cocoding grants you a non-exclusive license to copy, adapt, combine and deploy it as part of websites or applications for your business or your clients. You may let your staff and contractors work on those end products and deliver their source to the relevant client, provided the Template remains subject to these terms and is not offered as a standalone template or as part of a prohibited generation service. Your own original content remains yours. No separate hosting-provider restriction is created by this license. 3. Restricted competing redistribution You may not sell, sublicense, distribute or make the Template or a substantial reusable part available to other users or customers as a template, starter, component library, template catalog or reusable generation resource within a competing commercial template, website/application-building or code-generation business. This includes supplying such reusable material for that business to redistribute or offer to its own users. It does not prohibit ordinary private processing of your business/client end product by your development tools. You may choose third-party development tools, including assisted development, source hosting, infrastructure, CI and editors, to create, modify or host your permitted end products. Mere use or import into such tools is not competing redistribution. Delivering source to the client for whom an end product was made remains permitted under section 2. A separate express written license from Cocoding may authorize otherwise restricted redistribution. 4. Notices and third-party rights Keep the accompanying Cocoding Template Notice and this license in delivered source copies, together with all applicable third-party notices. You may customize the public-facing business brand, text, images and business metadata. Do not claim that your business is Cocoding or that Cocoding endorses it. This license grants no right to use Cocoding trademarks except accurate creator/license attribution. For Cocoding-owned Template material, this customer-use grant takes precedence over a generic repository-access notice included with the same delivery. It never limits a third party's rights or overrides the license applying to its material. 5. Optional statistics Any optional usage or aggregate page-view measurement must be separately disclosed and configured. This license does not authorize hidden visitor tracking, require analytics to operate the Template, or grant a right to disable your end product remotely. Public deployment domains and visitor statistics are distinct from source provenance. No guaranteed count of unique people is made. 6. Breach and termination A material breach of the restricted-use or notice terms terminates this grant to the extent permitted by applicable law. Rights and remedies, required notices, and any cure rights in the applicable Cocoding service agreement or mandatory law remain in force. No rights in your independently owned work are transferred by termination. Contact Cocoding for a separate license if your intended use falls outside the business/client grant. 7. Warranty and governing terms The Template is provided AS IS, without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer/statutory rights are not excluded. Limitations of liability, governing law and dispute provisions in your applicable Cocoding service agreement govern where valid; these terms invent no separate jurisdiction.
